When do I need to pay?
Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept full payment or a deposit with the balance due 48 hours before your ride.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled ride. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
How does split payment work?
The booking organizer can invite group members via email or phone. Each person receives a secure payment link for their share. The ride is confirmed once all payments are received.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees! The price you see during booking is the final price. This includes all entertainment packages, fuel, and driver gratuity. Optional add-ons are clearly marked.
